Instructions:
Step 1: Remove the wind spinner from packaging
Step 2: Hold the wind spinner firmly and use the other hand to rotate the center of the spinner in one direction to unfold it about 20-30° recommended
Step 3: Adjust to the desired angle.
Step 4: Hang it wherever you want using the S-shaped hook.
