A huge Thankyou to all of our volunteers that assist us daily with our riders programme's, helping them to improve set goals such as improved, balance, confidence, coordination, concentration, increased social integration and communication skills. All of these assist with the challenges each rider faces, with daily living. From us all at Whakatu Group RDA, thank you for giving your time to help. It is really appreciated. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
