Coastal Hazards Workshops this weekend

The Team from Nelson City Council

We're running workshops about coastal hazards this weekend, so come along and find out more about how we can plan ahead for flooding, storms and erosion that could affect our community. We'd love to hear about your own experiences of coastal flooding, erosion and storms to help us build a better picture.
Workshop dates:
Monaco: Orangerie, Grand Mercure Resort 23 Feb 10am to 12pm

Tahunanui: Beachcomber Motor Inn 23 Feb 10am to 12pm

The Wood/City Centre: Old Folks Hall 24 Feb 10am to 12pm

Cable Bay/Delaware Bay: Adventure Park Café 24 Feb 2pm to 4pm

Wakapuaka/Glenduan: Wakapuaka Hall 24 Feb 5pm to 7pm

Take a look at the Coastal Hazards hub for more info on how you can be part of our coastal hazards strategy.
