puppies

Karin from Upper Moutere

Hi neighbors, my BC bitch had a cesarean and only one out of 7 puppies survived. He is doing very well, thankfully. But I am a bit worried about her. She has too much milk and might develop mastitis.. The vet said I should definitively check her for signs regularly. I asked him and he confirmed that I should give this a try: is there someone out there who has young puppies (~ 2 week old) that you are hand feeding since mum can't? Would you like to give this a try and let my girl have one or two pups, for feeding and also for companionship for my little one?! I don't want to keep them, you would have them back, after they are fully weaned. Larger breed better but anything would be fine! And this might or might not work, but my girl has a very strong mother instinct and is only slowly getting over the loss of the other ones. Thanks. Karin 0272747872 PS please txt me, I'm not on the computer at all at the moment... PPS I have checked with the SPCA already.

Small grey rabbit found

Paula from Stoke

A small grey rabbit seems to be living at our place quite a bit in Coleridge place. We have been unable to catch it but it leaves plenty of evidence around that it's here. 2 children recently enquired about their lost rabbit but have lost their details.
