Smaller room is $170 pw bigger room $180 per week, bord must be paid every week and want two weeks up front for bond and will get that back when you leave, included is power, unlimited WiFi, kitchen utensils plates pots pans EXT... pool in summer, vegi garden, but must buy own food, plenty of fridge and freezer space, got a big yard and bbq area. Nice quiet neighborhood street parking. Big shower.
