However since the new year they have changed the booking system and it is very difficult to get any help when booking. They use to send a txt when the driver was close now you just have to stand and wait until someone shows up.
Today I ordered a taxi to take me home from the Riverside Pool and I waited and I waited. I called their number several times and could not get any help and only once was I able to talk to someone who said they were busy and she had no idea when I would be picked up. I was lucky to have a friend walk by and she was able to take me home. I was waiting, in the rain, for over an hour. This is inexcusable and I will be switching my business to a more responsible and better run company.
