Struggle with everyday maths?
Hi Neighbours
It’s Karen here, from my new business Maths4Adults. Is there an adult in your life who struggles with everyday maths? Maybe they’d like to help their children with homework, apply for a job handling money, calculate discounts or just to feel more confident using maths.
I’m an experienced, friendly, patient tutor here in Nelson keen to support adults to achieve their life goals. Some of you will already know me as a primary tutor under my Maths Spies business, but now I’m a qualified adult educator too.
I volunteer at Literacy Aotearoa helping adult students with their Learner Driver Theory and am in my 5th year of being a mentor for Big Brother Big Sister. When I’m not tutoring I’m up a hill or on the water, enjoying the great outdoors in lovely Nelson.
