New exercise class for those of us over 60 and fabulous!
Want to try a new class this year, one that is just right for your body as it ages a little bit and one that won't leave you sore for days or wondering if you should go back. Try 2 sessions with Leigh at the Greenmeadows Community Centre in Stoke.
Monday 10am $8 Strength and Stretch - just that, using bands and your bodyweight, chairs for extra support as you stretch and relieve tension.
Thursday 12 noon $8 Flex 'n Flow (Starts Mon Feb 13) tai-chi/yoga inspired exercises to challenge strength and balance, and relax with guided relaxation at the end of both sessions. You'll just love it! Start now and feel better.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
