Art Deco and Knitting
Unsurprisingly, the Winter Art Deco festival in July has been cancelled.
Even if you don't have to isolate yourself, there may come a stage when you WANT to. Christine at Wool N Things in Onekawa is offering a delivery service for knitting items and the other items she sells.
If you've never knitted, crocheted or cross-stitched, there are oodles of videos on how to do these crafts on YouTube. Of course, now that it's getting colder, we need to take more care of ourselves and a scarf or beanie is an essential.

Wanted - quality homeware you dont' need anymore!
Our Red Cross Shop at 35 Cadbury Rd is very short of quality homeware goods to sell in our shop. If you are willing to donate to us we would be happy to receive your items. The shop is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday for drop off. Look forward to seeing you and hope you take a look at the new season's bargains in stock.
