Poll: Did you hear the siren tests in Napier on Sunday
Napier's sirens were tested on Sunday, these are a warning system for any threat the public needs to know about, including a tsunami. Napier City Council Civil Defence teamed up with the New Zealand Fire Service to test the city's 16 sirens at 11.50am with sirens sounding for five minutes. The council conducted a survey to collect feedback on how the test went, however some people commented on social media saying they didn't hear the tests or the online survey didn't work for them.
