Thank you for your fantastic effort in conserving water. Over the last 7 days we have seen a 20% reduction in water use since the sprinkler ban was imposed. That is great progress and means splash pads can be turned back on from this weekend. Please continue to use water wisely by only using hand-held hoses between 6-8 am and 7-9 pm. www.hastingsdc.govt.nz...
