Unmarked graves at Taradale cemetery

Denise from Marewa

I tried to do this last year and someone suggested Richard Dampney has a daughter living in Napier. In order to get these soldier's a marker for their graves, I need to hear from family. Please ask them to message me or email napierwargraves@gmail.com.
Seeking family for the following soldiers buried at Taradale (Napier) cemetery and don't have a headstone. It may be possible to get them one if no-one comes forward but we must first check there is no-one who may wish to object.

Richard Henry Dampney WW2 578787 died 20 August 1990
George Bernard Timlin WW1 64387 died 18 August 1921
John Morrison MacConnell WW2 281537 died 5 September 1998

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
