Bring all offers over $479,000

Location: 6A Anderson Road, Taradale, Napier, Hawke's Bay

Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Hidden away down its own driveway is a spacious townhouse designed to appeal to those who want a spacious home with lots of natural light, while at the same time wanting something totally different that stands out from the crowd.

Set on a compact easy-care section with an abundance of berries and citrus fruits is a townhouse with so many options.

Built as a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home let your imagination inspire you!

The large living area was originally designed as a separate kitchen, lounge and dining room. With the addition of a walk through from the kitchen to the lounge, the dining room has been repurposed as a third bedroom. This large room has so many possibilities - Keep it as a third bedroom, use it as a hobbies room or maybe a second lounge or simply return it to a spacious dining room with the option of opening the sliding doors to create an open plan dining / lounge.

Maybe looking to invest rather than nest then this home ticks all the boxes
* Easy care grounds
* Insulated ceiling and walls and on a concrete base
* 2 heatpumps which were professionally fitted in 2016 to match the size rooms.
* Fitted wall Panel heaters are present in the other living areas and bedrooms.
* Extractor fan in the kitchen for removing steam and smells
* Extractor fan in the bathrooms
Plus all the work is done having been repainted externally and internally in 2018, so simply invest and reap the rewards.

I drove him up and later that day he was diagnosed with a massive brain tumor.  He died 10 weeks later!  Last year I had cause to call the Ambulance  for my 87 yr old Father who had had a fall and was unwell but the Ambulance Service refused to attend so I had to put him in the car and take him to Wellesley Road for attention myself.     This week my Daughter,  the mother of two young children, was suffering pain.  She saw a Doctor first thing Friday morning and two hours later had a massive pain attack.  Her partner rang the Ambulance but she didn't meet their Criteria so they didn't attend.  So exactly what is the Criteria and why do we pay a subscription for a service that the Ambulance probably won't attend.  Has any one else had similar experiences?

There's nothing worse than a soggy sammy. The trick to keeping kids interested in eating their lunch (and stopping yourself getting bored making it) is mixing it up with variations on a theme that you know they already love.

So instead of a plain ham and cheese sandwich on sliced bread, try folding slices of ham and cheese into wedges of crunchy baguette or a soft bap. Save time and stress by using Mainland’s convenient sliced cheese – available in Edam, Tasty, Colby and Swiss to suit your family’s taste.

Head to mainland.co.nz for some quick and easy cheesy ideas.
