They have not been correctly set up to NZTA guidelines. For those of you who frequently travel this way will understand how frustrating this is. The red right turn arrows need to turn off after a delay like the Taradale road into Maadi road intersection to help with traffic flow. Under contract law, parking companies can only claim for "the actual and reasonable costs they incurred". Charging $65 for a short overstay in an empty carpark is as far from reasonable as you can get.
