After chatting with my friends and listening to what is happening in the market I have announced some new initiatives for you.

1. SuperGold Partner Status - heavily discounted fees for over 65's. Check them out at SuperGold or call me to discuss.

2. Buyers Agents - cant find the property you want? Engage me to find it for you , pay a small fee. Or want to sell your property offline and without a fee? Then get on my buyers agency property database.

3. FiSBO - Thinking of selling privately? Engage our new service for private sellers. Get all the help of an agent for a low fixed service fee, do the fun stuff your self, we do the boring things. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
