Knitting slippers for Gabrielle cyclone children
There has been a request for children's knitted slippers asap. Please think about donating wool and/or knitting some. You only need to know the basic garter stitch. There will be patterns available at the Little Bookshop, Latham Street, Napier for pick up and wool drop off as well as outside 2A Breakwater Road, Ahuriri opposite the port. Thank you. Lost Secateurs
Stupidly, I drove off this morning with my Secateurs on the roof of my car. Drove from Arthur Hobson Ave, down Trinity Cres into Downing Ave then up Taradle Rd into the Napier CBD! By chance has anyone picked them up? They have red or orangy-red handles (Can't exactly remember the colour!)
