Tai Chi anyone??

Carol Winters from Age Concern Havelock North

This Friday we welcome Sport HB. They will talk to us about the exercise/fitness programs they run for seniors. And believe it or not they also teach Tai Chi for older people...
So to cut a long story short please feel free to come and see a demo of Tai Chi and give it a go maybe at the same time. I'm told it's very therapeutic!

We will also be giving away some vouchers to try a class of your choice for free, doesn't get better than that.

So we'll be at the hall of St Luke's this Friday the 2nd (rear of the church, 24 Te Mata road) from 9.30 onwards with the presentation starting at 10.
Pass this info on to anyone you think could benefit.
