Groovy 70s home in need of some TLC

Kylie Klein Nixon Reporter from Homed

How sensational is this wonderfully preserved 60s and 70s time capsule of a home? The stained-glass staircase, and orange formica kitchen are an absolute blast.
It's been home to a significant Dunedin family, too. The Sew Hoys raised their family there, and even after they moved to Auckland, a third generation used the home as a base while they studied at Otago University.
"Nothing has changed," says owner Donald Sew Hoy. I'm glad to hear it. Take a look around and let us know what you think.
