Scam?

Has anybody come across Abigail Oakes <criscristalesxmvt@gmail.com>?
I have just received an email titled 'Payment Received I9ACWRK3W2W8EQ' with a PDF document attached - which I have no intention of opening.
The message is "Confirmation of your order is acknowledged with gratitude.Abigail Oakes"
Does anyone have any idea what I have ordered because I don't so I assume it is a scam.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
