Free Adult ballet classes
7pm on Mondays at Solway School Hall. 40 minute ballet class for adults new to ballet or returning after a long break. No kids, spectators, filming or photography will be allowed in the class. You can spend 40 mins not thinking about the stresses of life. First class on Monday 12 April then returning after school holidays on Monday 3 May. The hall has air con so comfort temp all year round. No special clothing or shoes needed, stretchy clothing and socks are fine. The class will start slowly and we do the same exercises every week.
