Great SPRING FAMILY FUN at Cobblestones
Mark your calendar for the middle weekend of the School Holidays - for the Family Fun Farm Day
at Cobblestones Greytown. Sat 3rd October.
History comes alive: see the baby animals and learn how the early settlers celebrated spring. If you have friends or family coming from wellington this is a neat opportunity to get up close to baby farm animals in lambs, chickens and more. Buy beautiful local spring flowers and Victorian style posies. Try out the old-fashioned games: stilts, skipping and more .Check out the pioneer crafts: knitting, peg dolls. Try your hand at milking our model cow, make a mini sheep, try out the washing with our pioneer washer women.
Lucky dip and fire engine rides. Delicious Devonshire teas and BBQ sausages. Coffee tea and lots of other yummy food.
Open from 10am until 4pm Activities 11am until 3pm (Entry by donation).

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
