The author, R.T. Kendall dives deep into the question 'How do I forgive myself', providing tools you need to experience the incredible freedom and peace that comes when you put the past behind you.

All of us have been hurt by others, all of us have hurt others. But we will not experience the freedom that forgiveness brings until we have forgiven ourselves as well as those who have hurt us.



R.T. Kendall was the pastor of Westminster Chapel in London, England, for 25 years. He is the author of more than 40 books.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
