Pop-up gallery hits Helensville
Helensville has a new art gallery but viewers better get in quick – it's only there until Christmas.
Rodney couple Genevieve and Kerrin Revell have opened Gallery X in the old butcher's shop cornering Commercial Rd and Karaka St.
Boasting a background in television, they both launched their own photography business which they grew into filming, editing and producing videos.
But Covid-19 hit the business hard and they decided to diversify.
Genevieve returned to painting and saw her work commissioned from America.
Kerin is honing his photographic skills to create and sell colourful abstract art in New Zealand and abroad.
