I'm looking to speak to people who've recently (within the past 6 months to year) sat their restricted or full licence test in Lower Hutt for a story I'm working on about driver licencing test pass rates around NZ. An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
