Large swathes of Lower Hutt are now smoke-free following a vote by councillors.

Smoke-free areas now include shopping centres, bus stops, train stations, parks, sports grounds, beaches and outdoor pavement dining areas.

Does the smoke-free policy make Lower Hutt a better place to live?
