Just had this perfectly working Rinnai removed yesterday due to renovations. We bought it new approx 6 years ago but selling now as we are putting in an external Rinnai.

Beautiful day, met lots of tourists off the cruise ships, wonderful meal, easy parking if your an early bird....JUST go and prove for yourself, especially if you love gardens, cricket n roses.
