Creative Courtyard.

Dotty from Naenae

Just wandering, if there are any people in the area capable of preserving? Making jams? Or anything Using
Plums, apples, pears, feijoa's, Nashi Pears,?
I've just seen a Facebook post in the Marton page,
a person gave her crab apples to a group called 'creative courtyard' they in turn made crab apple jelly (the crossed out part in this picture is her name)
Gave her two jars and shared the rest.
The fruit mentioned above I have these trees in my back yard, i use what I can but don't always make the most of the generous fruit the garden provides.
Would be fantastic if there was a similar set up here, I would freely give off my trees with the hope of having a few jars as payment.
Something to consider.🤔

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
