Identify edible mushroom ? π
Good day to you. Today i picked some wild mushrooms ? near the Wainui river about 1km below the dam on the mown grass between the trees and the side of the road. I have looked on the net for as much information as possible as to determine if they are edible or poisonous. I think they are edible but am not entirely sure. I wont eat them until i am 100 % sure. Can any one help me identify them. I live in Wainui. Mushrooms are high in B vitamins and selenium. I am very interested in eating wild foods as these are even higher in nutrients than organicly grown vegetables. Which i also have a large 100% organic vegetable garden growing many yummy vegetables. Thankyou for any help. Take care and look after each other and our beautiful community π
