Homes
Looking at the lovely pictures of "Jennian Homes", I wonder how many people these days can afford such luxury I would LOVE a home like that but mine like many of the first ones in Wainui was bought using the "family benefit" capitalizing it as a deposit, as it was called then, we had no money to buy or build and so we used that for a deposit on a home we never got any benefit for the kids growing up and sat on boxes, till we could save up for chairs, still in the same house not changed much since then as I still do not have a lot of money,it is still not fancy but it kept a roof over our heads, it was better than living in a shed. why does the government use the same idea today to help couples to get into their own homes, I would love Jennian homes to come into my place and make it lovely. some people want everything right from the start they must have a TV and all the fancy gadgets
