FMS CLASSES FOR KIDS
Fundamental movement skills are EXTREMELY important for all children. They're required for everyday living and without them, their self-confidence can be affected.
Starting at a young age will help to keep their body moving the way it's designed to, so as they grew into adulthood they'll love how well they move and their confidence will soar.
Many skills can get missed while developing, so this FMS (FUNdamental movement skills) block is a PERFECT opportunity to help develop the coordination and movements required while having fun!
They'll learn how to do basic gymnastics and many other exciting movement patterns plus it's a great way to teach kids that's there's more to life than electronics! 😃

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
