Over 240 people braved the elements to attend our RiverLink Community Open Days. Some even managed to stop by when there was good weather!

Here’s some interesting feedback we’ve received from you so far:
· You want paths along the stop banks to be wide enough for multiple users
· A pedestrian / cycling bridge opposite Margaret Street [would be] good, linking to the railway station
· It's worth moving the bridge [to Queens Drive] and making a better link to the CBD

What do you think? We want to know. Go to www.riverlink.co.nz... and click on Your Feedback to tell us your thoughts.

Please share this message with your friends and family, we really want to know what you think.

On Saturday 15th April, we’ll be switching traffic onto the new Haywards Interchange. If you’re travelling along State Highway 2 or State Highway 58, this will change how you move through the area.

For State Highway 2 traffic, the main change you’ll notice is there will be no more traffic signals. If you’re wanting to get onto or off State Highway 58, you’ll use the new elevated roundabout. There will be plenty of signage to guide you, and a lower speed limit in place to allow everyone to get used to the new layout.

For more information, plus a diagram and quick animation guide, please click here or call the project team on 0800 007 425.
