– tomorrow is the last chance to join the programme! It is a one hour class held each week for 65+ year olds that uses gentle exercises to develop the strength and balance needed to prevent falls. Classes cost $2 per session.
Falls are preventable.

There will be plenty of signage to guide you, and a lower speed limit in place to allow everyone to get used to the new layout.
