Nah.
I have lived in the Estate for over 4 years and never heard from any source it being referenced as Trentham South.
Anyway I doubt that the Estate is south of Trentham proper in any case.
The Gillies developers of the Estate, Land Information NZ, NZ Post, Upper Hutt City Council all recognise Wallaceville Estate as being in the suburb of Wallaceville.
Just like Blue Mountains Campus, the Estate's "front" entrance is Ward Street which is part of Wallaceville.
If one is entering address details online, many of the organisations systems will not accept Trentham as legitimate for people with an address in the Estate.
The cut-off, cut-on points for some suburbs are often obscure.
Wallaceville Estate was once billed as eventually containing around 700 properties. This will now increase to around 800 and if three persons per household is the medium, around 2500 people will occupy the Estate.
The Estate is billed as being a safe haven from earthquakes, floods and liquefaction. The magnitude 5.7 earthquake on October 6 centred a little west of the Wellington region was felt by many, but me in the Estate within my "bullet proof" home, felt not a thing nor did the Corgi find it necessary to alert anyone.

If you need incentive/encouragement to take part, the photos are my place (Avalon) last year! Adults and kids alike had fun and took photos with some of the props we had out (the executioner block).

It’s natural to want to step in when a loved one faces challenges with tasks they once managed easily. However, instead of taking over completely, finding a balance that offers support while still encouraging independence is key.
Chris Sinclair, Ryman's Community Liaison Leader, shares helpful tips for families and caregivers on how to promote independence and support overall wellbeing.

But neither TV One news last night nor Mike Hoskings breakfast show this morning on Newstalk ZB made mention of it. Interestingly, the same Auckland sports presenter was on both shows.
The 2024 NPC has produced a lot of good rugby with every team in with a winning chance game by game. A high number of players signalled that they were potentially up to All Blacks/international standard including Wellington second five-centre-wing, Riley Higgins and half back Kyle Preston.
Wellington also finished top of the table in 2023 and was runner-up the year previous.
Interestingly in the Wellington-Hawkes Bay match last Saturday there were at least 8 players formerly from St Pat's Silverstream among the teams.
I hope that this year Wellington will progress to win the championship title in releasing all the skill, ability and consistency they have possessed for three years..
