Work and Income Lower Hutt is Moving

Ministry of Social Development

Our Work and Income Service Centre at 317-327 High St, Lower Hutt, will close permanently at 12 pm on Friday 28 February 2025 as the building is being demolished. We'll re-open at 28 Dudley St, Lower Hutt in May 2025.

We can still meet with you at one of our other service centres and you can:

There’ll be a secure drop box to leave paperwork and forms from 1 pm Wednesday 5 March at Colonial House, 270 High St, Lower Hutt (opposite Woolworths). Find Out More
