Homelessness strategy survey
Homelessness has increased in Lower Hutt in the past 12 years.
So Council has been working with a range of agencies, health providers, schools and those who have found themselves homeless to work out the best ways to address the problem.
The first phase of Council’s homeless strategy lays out the vision and priorities that will guide a plan of action to tackle homelessness, and we want your views on them.
The following link will provide some background and give you the chance to take the survey (at the bottom of the page).
Poll: Is it rude to talk on the phone on a bus?
Buses can be a relaxing way to get home if you have a seat and enough space. However, it can be off-putting when someone is taking a phone call next to you.
Do you think it's inconsiderate for people to have lengthy phone calls on a bus? Vote in the poll, and add your comments below.
