Meet Ivy, who is looking for a new home.
"Hi there my name is Ivy and I am looking for my forever home. I am a super smart dog so would love a home that is keen on taking me to obedience classes and furthering my training. This is help me become the best companion I know I can be and this also provides me with enrichment. My new home would need to have someone around for most or parts of the day as I am not used to being left alone for long periods. I would love a home with kids that are confident around dogs as I can be a bit bouncy when interacting with people. My new home could have a dog, one that is social and is happy to share their home and people with me. I have yet to be cat tested. Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

Luckily self-checkout is pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Message from Wellington Water

We have a water repair we need to carry out located outside 34 Belmont Terrace, Belmont.

In order to complete this work we will need to close the road with resident access only.

We will be booking this job in for repair on Friday 20th September 2024 with a letter drop to residents to be completed this week.
