SPCA Pet of the Day: Meet Sasha

Nicholas Boyack Reporter from Community News

Our SPCA Pet of the Day is Sasha.

"I am super sweet and affectionate, but happy with my own company if you need to go out or to work. I am looking for a quiet home with a warm sunny spot so I can soak up the sun and dream. I don't really like sharing my space with other cats, so a home without them would be ideal. I am an older cat, so a home without other animals would be best. I am just looking for a home and I promise not to be a burden. I only ask if someone could brush me once and a while and talk kindly to me."

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
