WANTED TO RENT - 1-2 Bedroom Hutt Valley/Wellington Area
Are you looking for a long term tenant who takes pride in having a clean and tidy home and is happy to tend to garden and lawns. I'm self employed and can provide a reference for my current rental where I've lived for the last 13 years. Landlord is selling so time for me to find a new home.
I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom unit or house in the Hutt Valley preferably but may consider further afield if suitable. A garage or carport would be great but if not then a garden shed would be handy as I've got a lawn mower and garden tools.
Happy to discuss further. Please phone 04 5676168 or private message me for my contact details :-)

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
