A gentle practice for all levels including beginners of all shapes, sizes, gender and age.
Koha or $10. $5.00 for community card holders/doctors referrals/Womens Refuge Residents.
Wear comfortable layered warm clothes to move in.
Marie has 16 years of experience in all levels of yoga practice and teaching including private therapeutic teaching and teacher training internationally.
These classes are good to sooth and heal and balance out the rest of your life.
