Have we skipped spring? Need help getting back on track?

Sarah from Inner Nutshell Holistic Health Coaching with Sarah Martin

If you’re feeling like you’ve just crawled out of hibernation and missed spring altogether, you’re not alone. Wow, what a wonderful shock to the system this gorgeous warm weather has been! Here’s hoping it continues over the summer break.

Did I mention Christmas …”Eeek”! If you’re wanting to give your body a bit of a wake-up and feel more alive heading into the silly season, keep an eye out for info on my local evening workshop this month where I will share ideas on how you can get your mojo back and make the most out of time with family and friends over the festive season.

We will look at simple steps you can take to:

• Increase energy and vitality
• Shift any extra kilos
• Improve quality of sleep

I will arm you with ideas for nutrient-dense holiday meals and snacks, and for creating a winning mindset to help you get through to January with your sanity intact!

Until then, I plan to take advantage of these sunny days to give my Vitamin D a bit of a post-winter boost by practicing some safe sun exposure.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Live Q&A: Garden maintenance with Crewcut

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This Wednesday, we're having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.

John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!

As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!

John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.
