Invercargill City Council’s Annual Plan for 2017/18 represents the third year of the Long-Term Plan 2015-2025 (LTP). You are welcome to submit on any of the content that was included in the LTP, as well as what is included in the following Consultation Document. The consultation period closes on 22 March 2017. An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
