Speaking on Nature

Greg from Forest & Bird Hastings Havelock North Branch

This month we have Nelson Pomeroy coming to talk about the humble bumblebee.

It's the story of a keeper of bumblebees, of the bumblebee life cycle, bumblebees as a pollination industry, and bumblebee conservation. Nelson has a strong academic background studying bumblebees which will make for fascinating insights into this much loved insect.

To secure your electric garage doors

Julie Neighbourly Lead from Havelock North

Pull the cord in the control box, either on the side of the door or the middle of your roof at the end of the control arm, then manually pull your door down. Push the bars on the inside of the doors across and into the holes in the side bracket, use a bolt, pin or padlock to secure them in place.
