Furnished room includes a wardrobe, 3 drawer unit, bureau, chair, and single size bed. $185/pw. The room can be converted to include a queen size bed and a 6 drawer unit, for a cost of $225/pw. The board includes furnished room, internet, and power. Food and toll calls extra. All tenants must have 40-hour daytime work. No unemployed, addicts, pets, children or anything else noisy.
