Hastings District Council is proposing to close the alleyway linking Frederick Street West and Manuka Street in Mahora, Hastings.
The area is shown as LOT 50 in the map below and is currently legal road. Lot 50 has an area of 253 square metres which if closed would be amalgamated with the adjoining residential sections - 1015, 1015A and 1011 Frederick Street; and 1000A and 1001 Manuka Street.
A copy of plan DP 9976 showing the area in question can be viewed at the Council’s Customer Service Centre, 207 Lyndon Road East, Hastings.
If you object to this proposal, please write to the following address with details of your objection and reasoning:
The Group Manager: Asset Management,
Hastings District Council,
Private Bag 9002, Hastings 4156
Any objections need to be received by 4pm on Monday 15 August.
