Living with 39 year old single female and 2 kittens.
Is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, 200m to Flaxmere village.
House is fully furnished apart from your room.
Move in Feb 10th but possibly available sooner. Board is $230 incl fair use of power and unlimited internet. Bond is $600
Single person preferred.
