Still looking to sell our kitchen - new one arrives next week. Photos show the joinery - the sink and waste disposal are included - stove, dishwasher and appliances are not included. The expelair fan will be available if it can be removed successfully. Looking at somewhere between $500 - $800 but open to negotiation
