Large house - room for small car off road parking ( covered).
Large pool, landscaped gardens, jacuzzi, small gym.
Own double ensuite furnished room. 50" tv. Netflix. Wifi.
Power, shared laundry facilities and cooking,gas, rates, incidentals included.
Own fridge/freezer.
Own private yard with furniture.
House cleaner once per fortnight.
Share rest of house.
Must be in ft work.
2 week Deposit and one month rent in advance.
Clean and tidy.
Separate entrance if required.
Friendly easy going couple of Health care Professionals already there - with two old loving Labradors.
$220 per week single. ( 6 x 220 = $1320 adv).
$280 per week double.( 6 x 280 = $1680 adv ).
Fixed 12 months.
