Muscovey Ducks

Brenda from Twyford

Our muscovey ducks have had a busy summer making babies and sitting on eggs. Or is it the other way around? They are the most delightful ducks. Known as the quackless duck, they are very quiet. The drakes will hiss at you but this is a greeting, not a warning. They communicate by head-bobbing which is cute to watch. If you get some young and spend time with them they can become very friendly. Their eggs are fabulous for baking or eating - large and flavourful. We have juveniles available soon. Please call 06 879 8847 or email at brenda.spiller@xtra.co.nz for photos.

Do you need help with your rehab?

Maria from Parkvale

If you've suffered an injury or are recovering from surgery or an illness, doing rehab from your physio/chiropractor/osteopath or doctor is likely to be part of the process.

Rehab is important to help us regain our strength and independence and get back to normal activities again.

It takes effort and time and it needs to be done correctly.

But it's worth it and is an investment.

People have varying experiences in their rehab journeys. I often hear people say this about rehab:
* it's boring
* it's painful
* it's difficult to get motivated
* they struggle to find time to rehab
* they could make more of an effort
* they don't really know what they're doing
* they're struggling to get enough support or guidance
* they're disheartened because they're not seeing results

If you're struggling to stick to your rehab routine, I can help!

* I can make rehab fun and a little less arduous
* I help clients to show up for their rehab sessions
* I give guidance on prescribed rehab moves/exercises
* I can offer a different perspective if someone is struggling with their progress

I work with clients in Hastings and Havelock and I can come to you.
Men and women, all ages.

To book a session with me or if you'd like to find out more about what I offer, please DM me. I look forward to hearing from you!
