Well, it's time to start and I can help you.
I specialise in working one-on-one (in person and online) with men and women, guiding them to build their strength and flexibility, gain confidence in their bodies and abilities, and make time for exercise.
Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and will fit in with your diary commitments.
I’ll personalise sessions where I’ll guide you through movements and exercises so you’re not having to show up to work out alone.
I like to use:
* Functional movements
* Bodyweight exercises that focus on full body, core, legs, arms
* Grip strength exercises
* Balance practice

small concrete form
Hi, I have lost the number and name of a concrete firm that does small jobs... Husband has have spoken with them to come and lay concrete floor in our small shed.. they had a post on here or Facebook...anyone know who they may be?
