Menzshed Hastings, re-opens.
Hi All. The New Menzshed, Hastings will be open again for business as of Monday 2nd. September, at the A&P Showgrounds, Kenilworth Road, Gate 2. (Follow signs). Our fully trained members, mostly retired guys, know how to fix/repair/make just about anything, and 'await to serve your every whim'. (Not that!) Menzshed exists to help the Hastings community with everyday problems/repairs/solutions. NOTE: We can only carry out work/repairs, on our premises. We do not do house visits. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
