Not just after school care

Lucy from Akina

I'm going to have an after school care program which is not just after school care! I will provide free pick up from school. We've got wide range of options which is chosen by you and your child including mandarin learning, Chinese culture, maths, art and martial arts! I have been working in a children hospital in China as a doctor for ten year and also I've got a qualification for early childhood education in NZ . I was champion in my city for martial art . A great example of the education I've given is my daughter as she is constantly the top students In 5 different schools ! Both of us are very good at math. I will do my best to help the children to learn and improve in some way in the course of during looking after them. Please feel free to contact me if you has any question. Thanks for attentions!!!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

Cleaning a heat pump

Barbara from Raureka

Hi everyone. Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable company to clean our heat pump. We used it on cold for a couple of days and when turning it back to warm it has a smell. We get it serviced yearly but the firm we use is expensive.
